Katrina and Her Mom Review LearningRx Impact on School, Social, and Home Life
LearningRx Center: Santa Rosa
Chief Concerns: Social difficulties at school; poor grades; below grade-level performance at school; poor time management; lacked confidence; very shy
Real-life Improvements: More confident; began making friends; huge gains in auditory processing; improved reading skills; planning skills and time management got stronger; visual processing skills improved
LearningRx would like to give a big “shout out” to Katrina, who was named a finalist in our national Student of the Year competition celebrating the top brain training results across the country. Before LearningRx, Katrina was pulled out of school due to social difficulties and poor grades. She had no confidence and didn’t enjoy learning. Katrina’s says that LearningRx helped her transition to freshman year of high school. She had an easier time making friends and remembering details about them. Katrina also noticed the impact of her improved visual processing skills on her artwork. Her mom says she saw huge improvements in Katrina’s schoolwork, social life and confidence. We are so proud of you, Katrina!
